Market Job Description About Wells Fargo Philippines enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Operations, Risk and Compliance, Project Management, Finance & Accounting and Data Analytics. Department Overview The Business Services team across locations provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster. Business Services teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), PVSI & Community banking. Responsibilities Perform quality checks of the work completed by team members across all the processes Manage dual responsibilities 50% as an Individual contributor and 50% manage delivery Able to manage junior as well as senior team members and able to handle conflicts Regular reviews of security groups, distribution lists, shared mailboxes and LOB application access Strong analytical, research, and problem solving skills. Leverage different tools and techniques to solve a problem Reconcile account entity set-up consistency across systems to ensure proper management and risk reporting Continually review access records to maintain structural data integrity Provides information needed for internal and external audits and processing cases in accordance to guidelines Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices and increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the process Interface with India and US based managers on production, quality and security guidelines Conduct performance reviews for assigned Analysts, assist the Operations Manager in smooth transitioning of work to I&P Proactively respond to inquiries on a customer account and resolving any discrepancies Assist in the resolution of more complex and time sensitive account activities Lead or champion efforts to increase productivity and goal accomplishment Process improvement and redesign - proactively identify, analyze and improve Provide training for other staff members as needed Cross train on other existing processes Ability to manage operational processing activities in areas where the team would be trained as needed including data entry into systems of records, quality assurance and verification, reconciliations and similar operational activities Responsible for management reporting Market Skills and Certifications Essential Qualifications Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with technology specialization or equivalent or B.Com or MBA 6-10 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: People management & Commercial lending experience (Access Management\\\\Data Management \\\\Payment services\\\\Reconciliation\\\\Quality Review) 3 -5 years direct team leading experience in commercial lending domain Strong with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Stakeholders/Client management Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas, Foster team work.
