We are looking for:
OPERATIONS HEAD
Department: Business Operations
Reports to: General Manager
Major Responsibilities:
Ensures that water produced by the company consistently meet the quality, quantity, cost, and timeliness requirements of customers in a manner that continuously contributes to overall profitability.
Prepares and implements programs for the production of potable water that consistently meet the quality, quantity, cost, and timeliness requirements of customers.
Prepares and implements preventive and corrective equipment maintenance programs for the various potable water production and distribution facilities.
Implements the company’s production measurement, monitoring and reporting system.
Provide functional support to all stakeholders;
Essential Qualifications:
Licensed Engineer, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical.
At least 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in a production and distribution facility, preferably of bulk potable water.
Note: Detailed and specific tasks to be provided by Department Head.
