Qualifications:
Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably Mechanical with license but not required
Extensive supervisory experience with strong technical, leadership and problem-solving skills
Has knowledge or background in FMEA, machine design & electrical design
With exposure in Production Operations such as Assembly, Electrical, Machine Shop and Quality Assurance
Able to make decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
A team player and able to lead and communicate well with all levels in the organization
Computer literate
With driver's license is a plus
Job Description:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
Develop a detailed plan for the design and production
Research and development for machine designs and processes
Coordinate work with the General Manager & TSUS Engineering Manager in the fabrication, customization and modification of machine and machine parts.
Make determinations for equipment/raw materials including sources and suppliers
Coach and lead the team in Toolroom, Engineering, QC and Production
Determine and suggests for training needs
Suggest systems that can help improve operation processes
Update and submit reports to the General Manager & TSUS Engineering Manager
Plan, schedule and disseminate tasks to subordinates
Follow-up and check team's work for technical accuracy and production progress
Ensures the validity of methods used by staff
Communicate and join meetings with the Tech-Sonic branches
In-charge for the generation of Job Orders and Work Orders
Leads in the troubleshooting and testing of machines
