The Operations Engineer performs troubleshooting and providing solutions to operational problems. He/She ensures, operating procedures are applied and updated. He/She also lead and document incident reports endorsed to OSBL department. The scope also covers the preparation of the budget for approval and ensure the cost incurred are within the approved budget. He/She will also coordinate other disciplines for the resolution of operational issues.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably graduate of Chemical Engineering
With at least 2-3 years minimum work experience in Petrochemicals/Oil & Gas industry - utility system
Knowledgeable in DCS operation
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have strong attention to details
Must be proficient in computer applications.
Must be resourceful, self-motivated and can work with less supervision.
