I. JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Coordinator is the key point of contact in ensuring that service delivery has been timely and properly executed and is responsible for monitoring process compliance and adherence.
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
2. Monitors, controls and manages business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
3. Liaises between customer and the business as well as with internal departments to ensure smooth operations delivery.
4. Coordinates and manages project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
5. Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
6. Builds and maintains strong team relationship through regular meetings and communications.
7. Provides insights regarding operational performance and assists in strategic planning for improvements.
8. Identifies problems in operations process and resolves them in quickly and timely manner.
9. Follows standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
10. Maintains clear and accurate operations documents, procedures and data for reference purposes.
11. Assigned in deployment and monitoring of routine of technicians

A. Education
- Bachelor's degree in in any course but preferably Office Administration
B. Work Experience
- Must have above 2-year related work experience: preferably in the construction industry
C. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Effective management skills
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Strong attention to details; highly analytical
• Computer literate
• Trustworthy, intuitive, organized and methodical
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
