Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains rotation record/logbook of Gangs, Dockworkers/Stevedores and Winchmen/Signalmen as guide to their deployment schedule.
2. In close coordination with APOOs/Gangbosses and based on rotation record/logbook, prepares the daily manpower deployment schedule per vessel for signature of all concerned and posting in the Bulleting Board a day before the scheduled date.
3. Prepares the Vessel Operations Commitment (VOC) prior to arrival of tramping vessels or annually/semi-annually for regular calling vessels and secures all the required signatures prior to submission to PPA.
4. After each vessel's operation, prepares the Post Vessel Operations Evaluation Report (PVOER) and secures all the required signatures prior to submission to PPA.
5. Checks completeness of the required supporting documents for all claims filed on cargo/damages prior to receiving and processing the same.
6. Investigates and authenticates the validity and correctness of the claims filed and submits recommendation to the branch management within the period prescribed by PPA.
7. Prepares and submits Pilferage & Damage Report to PPA monthly.
8. Files and maintains operational documents in an organized and orderly manner.
9. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
