We are looking for an Operations Audit Staff who is highly trainable and can perform various tasks mostly related to auditing and operations. Duties of the Operations Audit Staff include providing support to the VP Operations and assisting in daily office needs and managing operation's administrative activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Mainly performs auditing and process flow.
2. Prepares report to the VP Operations and performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
3. Assists in the conduct of compliance audit, operation and management audit.
4. Can formulate audit systems and procedures which are necessary in the effective performance and guidance of audit.
6. Discuss with the auditee-employee and/or the auditee-head regarding the audit report and come up with agreed plans to mitigate lapses.
7. Evaluate the degree of audit findings and endorse disciplinary actions for erring employees to HRD
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, Management/Financial Accounting or equivalent.
2. At least 6 months experience in Audit/Internal Audit/ or equivalent is an advantage.
3. Willing to travel between ports
4. Flexible personality and can relate to all levels of the organization
JOB TYPE: Full-time
