OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Job Description:
Reports to the Operations Manager. He/She is responsible in collecting the necessary data from relevant departments, prepare flowcharts and conduct data analysis.
Skills and Qualifications:
Industrial Engineering, Business or Management Graduate
Minimum 2 years working experience
Good command of English
Self - Motivated and pro-active
Attention to detail, accountability and excellent follow-through
Proficient in MS Office and excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Proven ability to work with a great deal of discretion
Independent - have the ability to work under little supervision
