The Operations Assistant provides administrative support, product monitoring, processes the ordering and replenishment of inventories, tracking of deliveries, report consolidation, record keeping to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
 
The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accountancy or a related field and should be proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel. Having an experience in the purchasing field or SAP Business One background would be a great advantage but not necessary. However, being a critical thinker who is attentive to details and able to multi task with excellent time management and organizational skills is of utmost importance.
 
The successful candidate can expect to receive monthly pay with complete government benefits and paid holiday leaves.
 
The minimum salary provided is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation decisions will be based on the assessment of each candidate's qualifications, job experiences, skills and suitability to the role and may be higher or lower than the range specified.
