OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
 
Brief Description
Customer service/ sales support tasks will handle assigned accounts.
Billing invoice to customer when needed
Encoding of transaction details to system
Monitor transaction process if according to the agreement.
Keep relevant data needed for the operation.
Keen on details
Major Duties and Responsibilities.
Coordination with operations regarding transaction status
Encoding of details in the system
Prepare, Generate Billing invoice to client
Generate report for assigned accounts
Maintains record of documents
Assist operations supervisor on operational task
Other assign tasked
Skills & requirements
Can adapt to a fast phase environment and under pressure
Willing to be trained and a fast learner
Willing to travel
Excellent communication skills, problem solver, multi tasker, team player, organize and keen to details, adaptability fast-phase environment
Customer-oriented & result oriented
Can work independently and as part of the team
Preferably with 2yrs+ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, domestic & international shipping transactions
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably commerce, engineering, accounting, customs graduate
