BMG Outsourcing Inc is seeking a highly-skilled Operations Assistant. The chosen candidate will join a team that helps business owners develop the right exit strategy and understand how to maximise the value of their company. The business provides advisory services to clients as well as business broking (business sales).

Roles and Responsibilities
Support the company with lead generation activities. This involves:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Data mining for outbound campaigns
Data entry and lead management in CRM
Appointment scheduling using Google Calendar
Provide multi-faceted administrative support to the Executive Team, Operations Manager, Brokers and Advisors
Track, measure, analyse and report all lead generation results.
Note: The responsibilities will evolve and there will also be a range of unspecified duties required from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience/Skills Required
Good English communication skills
Knowledge in Social Media Management especially LinkedIn
At least 1 year of lead generation, data mining and admin experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or any business-related course
Good understanding of lead generation tactics, channels and tools
Type of Person
