3. Generate the consolidated daily, weekly sales, and monthly sales reports from all showrooms.
4. Receive and segregate reports on cash sales, credit card sales, and other modes.
5. Validate "suggested retail prices".
6. Monitor stocks inventories at all branches and stock movements.
7. Coordinate with warehouse staff in location stocks.
8. Leads in regular stock audit of branches, physically or online.
9. Document count variances and submit discrepancy reports, as necessary.
10. Ensure those company policies and standard operating procedures are strictly observed and
followed (i.e., established procedures, stock handling, security, adherence to rules, and
appropriate behavior).
11. Prepare and submit incident reports, as necessary and called for.
12. Do other tasks, as assigned.
Skills Required:
1. Self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
2. Experience in working with inventory figures is a must with keen attention to details.
3. Possess monitoring and reporting capabilities.
4. Computer literate.
5. Flexible and can relate with all levels/types of personalities.

2. Ensure the encoding of all sold items into the system on a daily basis.
