We have an exciting opportunity available for an Operations Assistant working on a day shift in our Ortigas office. In the duration of the covid-19 pandemic, we are offering work-from-home arrangements until we are ready to move back to our office. You must be WFH capable with a strong internet connection.

Our Client
In this position, you will be assigned to our client based in Australia, a progressive company that has significant involvement in the project requirements of Local Councils, Mining Companies, Government Authorities, and other general business enterprises across Western Australia. They provide professional service that adheres to all Main Roads WA and Australian standards.
Your Responsibilities
Organize/Book Training, Medicals and classroom-based training/courses to ensure all candidates are compliant prior to mobilizing, ensuring employees complete all Inductions
Book accommodation and flights directly or via Client Portals on daily basis
Create and update employee files and maintain compliances in the company and Client systems
Maintain and update accommodation and training Register
Set up staff on different Client Portals for staff to complete Online Inductions
Submit site access requests through Client Portals
Prep zip folders to suit Project requirements in readiness to provide to clients
Keep relevant tickets current by alerting when expired to maintain document control
Any admin related tasks provided
Your Background
A Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
Experience in office or administrative/operations role
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Good attention to detail and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to interact with a wide variety of professionals and diverse culture
Ability to work with less supervision and works well under pressure
Can start immediately
