OPS ASSISTANT/ CUSTOMER SERVICE
 
Brief Description
Coordination with internal and external customer
Provide assistance to customers logistics service requirements
Manage booking request
Update and monitor transaction progress
Keep relevant data needed for the operation.
Keen on details
Major Duties and Responsibilities.
Respond to client Logistics service inquiry
Assist customer booking request and update status
Generate work instruction per customer booking
Booking to carrier and coordinate with internal and external service provider
Maintain and update rate sheets
Generate transaction monitoring report
Assist field operations team liquidation report
Maintains record of documents
Other assigned tasks
Skills & requirements
Can adapt to a fast phase environment and under pressure
Above average written and verbal communication skills
Willing to be trained and a fast learner
Customer-oriented & result oriented
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
Accurate and able to produce quality work
Dependability
Problem solver
Ability to work in teams and open to others' views
Preferably with 2yrs+ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, domestic & international shipping transactions
Preferably commerce, engineering, accounting, customs graduate
Keen on numbers and details
