Work Information:
Brand Name: Solid Visas
Location: 11th Floor, Apple One Equicom Tower, Cebu Business Park.
Hybrid Setup: Onsite 2-3 days per week only.
Schedule: 12pm to 9pm
Day Off: Fixed Day Off Schedule
Overtime: Paid Overtime
Locally Owned Company in Cebu City
Compensation:
Base Salary: PHP 16,000
Transportation & Wi-Fi Allowance: PHP 4,000
Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Support - Engage with clients via chat and email, providing updates on their visa applications and scheduling appointments with a visa coach.
Documentation & Record-Keeping - Assist the visa coach with organizing client information and maintaining records.
Process Documentation - Document and refine company processes to improve efficiency.
Meeting Minutes - Take clear, concise notes during meetings to ensure follow-ups and action points.
Social Media Management - Support content creation and engagement on company platforms.
Team Coordination & Scheduling - Help manage embassy appointment bookings and internal team schedules.
Ad Hoc Tasks - Contribute to special projects and other tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering/STEM courses.
Experience with process documentation and system improvements.
Background in customer service or sales.
