Description
1. Define the optimized, digital and fully automated end-to-end Master Process for Customer Onboarding (New Business/Underwriting), Servicing and Call Centre.
2. Conduct gap analysis in each country via process review to identify the gaps in the "As-is" process vs target state.
3. Identify system gaps in Core Policy Admin Systems for the 3 areas in operations automation.
4. Support in defining the Life Operations Target Operating Model (TOM).
5. Customer Onboarding - E KYC, Auto UW; E-sub &Instant Issuance of E-Policy.
6. Customer Self - Service via Customer Portal; Paperless and Instant. E Communication.
7. Service CRM with single view of customer and support roll out of common telephony.
8. Contact Centre - Help in setting up and improving Omni-channel Contact centers, Improve Call Centre KPIs.
9. Support to improve Policy Servicing - Digitize and improve Life Insurance servicing - eg Auto Reinstatement, Change of Contact Information, Fund Switch, Change of Nominee etc., Persistency.
10. Support roll out of Customer Experience Management (Customer Satisfaction Surveys).
11. Plan for Service to Sales - Distribution with leads, Support Cross Sell Upsell, Next best offer.
12. Help in building Personalized Customer Service, Serve unassigned Customers & Retention Management.
13. Build and drive the execution roadmap to achieve the target state in the countries and regularly track progress.
14. Work closely with Global and country Compliance, Legal , Risk, IT and Operations and other relevant stakeholders in the transformation initiatives.
15. Build strong working relationship with Asia teams of Operations, Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Contact Centers and develop country Operational initiatives that will improve Operations performance.
16. Prepare Management reports and presentations.
