Position Title: Operations Analyst
Salary Grade: 60,000 - 80,000 PHP a month
Reports To: VP of Client Development
Primary Relationships: Internal Team
Date: July 2023 Schedule : 10:00 PM TO 7:00 AM PH Time
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' operational processes to identify potential areas for improvement through outsourcing
Analyze various data sources to evaluate the effectiveness of operational workflows
Identify and propose outsourcing strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with client teams to implement outsourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of implemented outsourcing strategies
Provide expert guidance and advice on process improvement and best practices for outsourcing
Facilitate effective communication between clients and outsourced teams
Develop and maintain detailed reports of all operational analysis activities for future reference
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and changes in outsourcing policies across US, AUS, and UK
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree would be advantageous
Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, preferably in a staffing or outsourcing company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Knowledge of outsourcing processes and policies, particularly in the US, AUS, and UK markets
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
