Description:
 
The Operations Analyst is Knottical Power Key internal role managing and ensuring that all transactions fall within the acceptable parameters. This role is pivotal to Dealogikal's Day to day transactions and is responsible for ensuring that all user policies are carried out and are followed. 
 
Standard Requirements:
Graduate of Any Business Related Course / Industrial Engineering.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Operational Understanding of Commodity Trading including procurement, processing, settlement, shipping and delivery.
Technologically adept on both mobile and desktop interfaces. 
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Slides. 
Understanding of Google Web Office tools is a plus.
Able to communicate in Tagalog or English, Adept on local dialect is a plus.
Able to establish trustworthiness and sustain good relationships with users within the Platform.
Amenable to work on weekends and holidays. 
Market Making is volume based; therefore, Market Maker will need to be responsive on transactions that happen Off Hours.
Function Specific Requirements
 
Collaborative: An Operations Analyst needs to be in direct partnership with the Marketing, Sales, Development team and Payment processing team as the Market Maker oversees all transactions happening within the platform.
 
Creative: An Operations Analyst needs to show creativity towards communication to complex users ensuring satisfaction on every interaction as well as create new ways of addressing specific transactional issues that may occur at any point within the transaction. 
 
Transparent: The Market Maker's key responsibility is to ensure that Dealogikal and all the transactions that occur within the platform are always accurate, optimal and transparent and opportunities are equally provided for each user be it buyer or seller. 
 
Process and Detail Oriented: A Operations Analyst needs to be able to process complex amounts of information at every given transaction.
 
Passionate: A Operations Analyst being a pivotal role in the organization needs to show passion towards market making and everything that goes into the role.
 
Trustworthy: Dealing with large amounts of transactions, The Market maker needs to be fully reliable and trustworthy in and out of the office.
 
Full Job Description
KPEC Operations Analyst is expected to quickly understand the Dealogikal platform and its functions across the Buyer, Seller, and Market Maker Dashboards. 
Strong communication skills both verbal and written communication using English, Tagalog and Local dialect.
Master Dealogikal internal process and ensure clients are comfortable using the platform.
Collaborate with finance and sales to maintain accounts receivable.
Compile and process information such as prices, discounts, shipping rates etc.
Ensure customers are billed correctly for services offered
Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail
Communicate with customers to answer questions
Keep track of all transactions across the platform and its various functions.
Request payment of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner
Negotiate payment arrangements when needed
Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)
Proven experience as billing coordinator or similar position
Understanding of relevant laws and best practices
Proficient in MS office and data entry specially 
Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail
Confidentiality and trustworthiness
Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks.
