The Operations Analyst will coordinate with Operations and WFM Team to gather relevant data related to forecasting and staffing analysis including volume seat capacity.
1) Coordinate with Operations and WFM Team to gather relevant data related to forecasting and staffing analysis;
2) Coordinate with Recruitment and Training to forecast and manage staffing needs;
3) Prepare data and forecast for volume seat occupancy;
4) Plan, monitor, and ensure that seat planning is accurate and adequate to meet operational needs;
5) Performs short and long-term capacity planning analysis in coordination with the Asst. Workforce Manager;
6) Report and escalate any business risk to the proper level;
7) Work on activities and/or projects as requested by WFM Leadership;
8) Creates an environment orientated to trust, open communications and cohesive team effort.
