Job Description:
This is a remote position.
Our Customer is a company based in the US and develops a leading solution for logistics and container tracking. The company is expanding rapidly and growing its operations in the Philippines. We are looking for an analyst with both detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset. Experience in either shipping logistics, billing/invoicing, data entry, customer support, or other operational areas is a plus but not a requirement.
The position will begin on a part-time basis, with the expectation to increase to full-time hours if everything looks good.
Responsibilities:
Billing and invoicing customers (invoice preparation, emailing, follow ups)
Drayage logistics operations
Data entry
Sales support (performing lead generation and enrichment)
Customer support (email)
Requirements
2+ years experience
Excellent English communication both verbal and written
Good typing and data entry skills
Familiarity with shipping / logistics is a plus
Diligent and attention to detail
