Responsibilities: -5 to 7 years related experience managing and implementing configuration management and asset management. -Has a high degree of expertise with the ITIL Framework specifically Configuration management and Asset Management. -Good know Responsibilities: -5 to 7 years related experience managing and implementing configuration management and asset management. -Has a high degree of expertise with the ITIL Framework specifically Configuration management and Asset Management. -Good knowledge of technology solutions and infrastructure including their logical dependencies: Application dependencies to both On premise and Cloud technologies including but not limited to AKS, PCF, VMs, Network Cis etc. -Experience creating and architecting CMDB data model in ServiceNow according to CSDM framework. -Experience in ServiceNow SNOW discovery configuration -Capable of operating in a high-pressure environment and ability to meet strict deadlines. -A highly motivated self-starter who is self-disciplined and self-correcting with the ability to motivate others. -Highly skilled at crisis and conflict management. -Strong facilitation skills with the ability to be both co-operative and collaborative. -Excellent communication skills at all levels of management. -Ability to influence and negotiate. -Excellent organizational skills and good project management skills with attention to detail. -Excellentwritten, verbal and presentation communication skills. -Experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI. -Participate in all DR drills.
