-Ensures all station reports are submitted completely on a daily basis
-Generates all daily / monthly reports of the stations
-Ensures that all stations disbursements are submitted as scheduled
-Checks and prepares fuel / lubricants orders evaluation
-Receives customer order slip, (fuel and lubes) from the Station OIC and forward to Operations Analyst Head
-Other duties that may be assigned
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
