OPERATIONS ADMIN OFFICER
Job Qualifications:
College graduate of any course
Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Admin Officer
Should have an initiative and can work under less supervision
Job Responsibilities:
Draft correspondence memos, letters, forms, and other office documents.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists of suppliers, service providers, and contractors
Coordinate with supplier, service providers, and contractors when the need arises
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies and equipment
Handles petty cash and submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to guests, tenants, and other departments.
Research and creates presentations if necessary
Monitor and process invoices
Develop administrative staff by providing information and educational opportunities
Ensure operation of equipment by assisting maintenance in completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Coordinate office procedures
Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Resolve administrative problems
Create team schedule
