As an Operational Trainer, you'll be responsible for making sure our evolving training needs are met to keep our level of effort high and our progress moving forward. Primary Responsibilities:
Assessment
Support the CAT Center and ensure maintenance of the operating standards and protocols at all locations
Screen candidates for eligibility for businesses and language training programs based on competency level
Create and complete basic reports/ assessment log on all completed assessments
Support Talent Acquisition hiring initiatives (off site hiring, one day hiring events, university hiring events)
Content Development
Create supplementary assessment materials depending on business need
Create new training content using various learning platforms
Proofread content before release/ pilot
Perform training needs analysis
Present analysis findings and training design to Training Delivery owners
Training and Facilitation
Conduct new hire training for Voice and Non-Voice accounts based on business need
Facilitate on site or virtual new hire training based on business need
Facilitate Communications workshops for Operation based on business need * Reports and Calibration
Create weekly and monthly CAT dashboard and reports
Create CAT and BLAST Calibration reports
Lead BLAST calibration sessions with TA team
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
College graduate
2+ years of work experience (language assessor, ESL, teaching)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Humanities, Mass Communication
Experience in comms Training, near hire training, language assessment experience (at least one)
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of global language assessments (Versant, Berlitz, IELTS)
Strong facilitation and classroom management skills (In Class and Virtual)
Strong analytical skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
