Job Description:1. Responsible in sourcing and negotiating with qualified suppliers for materials and services needed by the company and its subsidiaries.2. Prepares Purchase Order for the purchase of materials, supplies and services needed by production, engineering, logistics & other departments.3. Follows up delivery schedules from suppliers to ensure availability of materials, supplies and services.4. Serve as a liaison between suppliers and associated departments.5. Prepare comparative quotation report & weekly and monthly purchasing reports.Qualifications:
College Graduate of Engineering courses
Proven experience in office work and purchasing procedures preferably in the same position
Preferably with background in Purchasing for food industry (PROJECT, FABRICATION AND OTHER SERVICES)
Computer literate with ability to analyze purchase requests, evaluate bids, prepare product specifications and contracts
With good communication and excellent sourcing and negotiation skills
Willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
