Position Overview:
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working as part of a team supporting internal projects related to Business Operations. The Business Operations team is responsible for onboarding new customers, migrating customers to the latest software, providing support to our customers, and ensuring a great customer experience overall. You will be a part of team that is supporting different groups to achieve their goals and objectives and driving continuous improvement.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to conduct interviews, research, analysis, facilitate effective workshops, provide insight to drive comprehensive operational and financial improvements and act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors. This exciting opportunity will provide first-hand exposure to key strategic activities within NCR's Business Operations team. Process mapping, project and change mgmt. will be key to helping move the needle on customer experience. This is a fast-paced team looking to making an impact on the Business Operations team and the individual should be keen on being involved with customer experience team
Must be willing to work US hours: 8 AM- 5 PM EST
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Conceptualizing, driving, and implementing business improvement strategies and plans for internal clients to drive financial and operational improvements
Identifying, defining, developing and implementing improvements to business processes and monitoring business performance based on key performance indicators
Strong ability to gather, research, document and analyze significant amounts of data to drive decision making
Working with large internal teams to build executive level presentations and facilitate workshops
Ability to build, develop, drive and execute program mgmt. and transformation plans
Being creative in developing short and long term action plans to operationalize the strategy and implement recommendations
Strong ability to document processes and identify improvements
Executing day-to-day project management activities
Understanding customer support issues and diving into root cause analysis
Partner with cross functional teams throughout Hospitality to put action plans in place to improve the customer experience
Working independently, with minimal guidance and effectively with professionals at all levels within NCR.

Experience in executing business strategy activities inclusive of process building, research & analysis, and organizational strategy.
Knowledge of process mapping and customer experience
Ability to build models and analyze data and build executive presentations
Knowledge of and experience in project management, product management, solution management and managing internal stakeholders
Excellent research, logical & analytical skills, planning and organization skills.
Ability to track financial and operational improvements
Demonstrated ability to connect the dots - strategic thinker/communicator
Flexible, creative, well-organized, resourceful and people oriented
Build strong relationship between internal customers, vendors and employees
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to interact with all levels and impeccable relationship management
Able to adjust constructively with change
Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Visio, PPT, excel, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills teamwork and collaboration skills
Basic Qualifications:
5-7 years of program management and related experience
Undergraduate Degree (BS, BA, BBA)
Process mapping proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and Data Analytics
Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Visio, PPT, excel, etc.
Successful candidate will be high-energy, agile-minded, proactive, a direct communicator, highly organized and committed to driving results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills teamwork and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Organizational Change management
Industry experience within Business Strategy/Analysis, internal consulting in high paced, technology-oriented environments
Knowledge of Retail, Financial or Hospitality industry with a focus on omnichannel/omni-commerce programs.
