Job Description
ENRISE GLOBAL INC. is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Staff member to join our team. This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of our coworking and shared office space, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform reception duties, respond to customer inquiries, and provide facility guidance.
Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure customer comfort.
Conduct facility tours and assist with leasing procedures for potential clients.
Handle the receipt and distribution of mail and packages.
Support meeting and event preparations and operations.
Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide a comfortable space for visitors.
Promote the facility and services through social media and other channels.
Required Skills & Experience:
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
Professional attitude and neat appearance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
A graduate of any 4-year course is preferred.
