Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical)
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Competency in MS Office & Excel
Highly organized and effective in clerical works like filing and encoding
Willing to work in Makati City (office site) and do field works from time to time
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Must be able to work and deliver requirements within a limited time range
Knowledgeable with basic inventory management
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare record and file documents of the projects undertaken with complete photo documentation and completion certificates.
Collate the Service Reports, Certificate of Completion Reports, Attendance sheet/ itineraries of personnel/ Laborers.
Collate the photo documents before and after cleaning projects from the communication tool provided.
Manage and monitor inventory forms of tools, equipment, consumable supplies in the Operations Department
Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with the Purchasing Department for requirements for requirements for tools materials, equipment and test reagent as need arises
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Executive Management Team.
Do site visits as per instructions of the Operation Supervisor.
