Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receiving and management of inventory coming from point of origin;
• Warehouse/stockroom management;
• Issuance of products to Selling area;
• Issuance of products to retailers/distributors;
• Interbranch issuance of products;
• Issuance of products to hub per advice of Head of Operations;
• Conduct daily inventory of items on stock (quantity and quality checking):
• Inventory management and control of items for demo purposes;
• Timely submission of regular reports as required by Management;
• Accuracy of Required Reports;
- Daily Product Inventory Report
- Daily Product Movement Report
Must-Have
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course;
- Preferably with 1 year experience or fresh graduates are encourage to apply;
- Experience with the same role or similar as an Operations/Administration Assistant;
- Knowledge and understanding of customer service and data entry;
- Good at verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and operate within a fast-paced, multifaceted environment;
- High attention to detail, with an intrinsic drive to strive to always improve, achieve the highest quality of output and never settle for average;
- Being self-aware with high EQ, realizing the impact you have on the people around you and how your actions affect others;
- An understanding of the high importance of confidentially and how that impacts our clients and staff;
- Highly proficient technical ability with MS Office Suite and other software tools;
- Fast learner and keen to details;
- Willing to work in Quezon, Panay Avenue;
- Can start ASAP;
