OPERATION MANAGER
 
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facility: Manage daily flow, bookings, cleanliness, equipment, and compliance with health/safety codes.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and supervise therapists, estheticians, and front desk staff.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional client experiences, handle complaints, and implement feedback for improvement.
Financial & Business Growth: Develop budgets, monitor expenses, manage inventory, drive sales, and implement marketing strategies.
Strategic Planning: Develop long-term goals, introduce new treatments, and stay ahead of industry trends. 
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Passion for wellness and hospitality.
Experience in spa management, finance, or customer service.
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and relevant regulations.
