Fenstra Windows and Doors Corporation is currently looking for:
MANAGER
• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or Architecture (Licensed is not required)
• At least 3 to 5 years' supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Aluminum Industry.
• Oversee multiple site operations schedule and team alignment for small and medium scale projects.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Liaising with engineers, surveyors, and clients.
• Manage equipment care and handling.
• Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare reports comparing standard cost to actual production costs.
• Highly trustworthy and can work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Willing to be assigned at Banilad, Cebu City
• Can start immediately.
