Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall work of the Operation Service Centre and report to the Operation Manager.
2. According to the operation management commission contract and related property management laws and policies, assist the manager to manage and supervise the provision of public order, cleaning, greening maintenance, and equipment and facilities operation and maintenance services in the jurisdiction.
3. Implement various management systems of the company according to the annual work plan, and assist in the translation of property documents.
4. To be responsible for the formulation and improvement of various rules and regulations and preventive measures of the subordinate department, to guide the organization and command of the property service centre in handling public emergencies and the formulation of various disposal methods.
5. To carefully verify all kinds of safety accidents and hidden dangers in the property service centre, distinguish responsibilities, and put forward treatment suggestions.
6. To guide and inspect the cleaning and environmental greening and beautification work of the property service centre, establish and perfect the effective quantitative management and operation process of the cleaning and greening.
7. Responsible for maintaining communication with relevant departments of local government and major customers (owners) to ensure good public relations with them.
8. Organize a weekly regular meeting and a monthly staff meeting to implement the company's business philosophy and quality policy, implement various work, timely coordinate the working relationship between various departments, train and educate employees, and promote the improvement of service quality.
9. Conduct daily inspections of the properties under management, so as to comprehensively check the quality of services. Responsibility for the safety of the Operation Service Centre.
10. Be responsible for business training and performance appraisal for Supervisor and/or above Supervisor's level role.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to translate English documents without any obstacles.
2. Aged 22-35.
3. Major in operation management is preferred.
4. Experience in Hotel, HR Administration or Customer Service is preferred.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
