Customer service, problem-solving, and ensuring client pleasure are call center agents' main responsibilities. They therefore need essential talents that allow them to engage with customers in a range of situations.
Qualifications:
With at least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate Nursing Grad/College Undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
(or) College Graduate - no experience needed
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work on site
