Retail Account attend to customer's requests for replacement, refund, etc. Moreover, keeping records of interactions with customers, process accounts and file documents of customers.
Qualifications
- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) SHS Graduate
- with or without BPO Experience
- Good to excellent communication and analytical skills
- Preferably Work Onsite
