Job description
a. To provide basic and direct care to patients as directed by a staff nurse or physician.
b. To obtain and record routine information from patients such as weight, height, blood pressure, temperature and pulse rate needed by the physician in administering proper treatment to them.
c. Responsible for directing and guiding patients through specific location or offices where they will receive treatment such as imaging, laboratory or rehabilitation department and the like.
d. To receives patient to the clinic and takes records of their personal and health information and ensures that they complete all paper works needed to facilitate their treatment.
e. To ensure procedure room is set. Making sure all items needed for a procedures to be performed are always available and on standby.
Qualifications:
A graduate BS Nursing (required)
