Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or College Graduate of any 4 year course.
Must have 2-4 years prior experience as a trainer specifically in the BPO/VA industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Has the ability to identify gaps in skills.
Knowledgeable in various teaching methods and approaches.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to supervise
Proficient computer skills , MS Office Suites, (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), or G Suites and instructional Software.
With BPO and Virtual Assistant experience is an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create training programs designed for virtual assistance services.
Evaluate learners' individual performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
Develop onboarding programs for aspiring VA. Research new teaching methods.
Attend education conferences if needed.

Tool Requirements (non-negotiable): 
Laptop with a good condition battery and working webcam on it. Specification of core i5 & with at least 8gb RAM
Noise-canceling headset 
Primary Internet speed with 15 mbps minimum
Back-up internet preferably pocket wifi (with a different telco line from your primary internet connection: Globe, Smart, PLDT, etc. in case of a power outage) 
With a contingency plan in case of a power outage (must secure a 24 hrs open location for charging purposes in case equipment battery is drained)
Willing to work on graveyard shift/ shifting schedule
Compensation: 
Starting Pay is 25,000 php monthly with guaranteed monthly raises every 6 months of tenure. 
Php 5,000 onsite incentive
