Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and any post-sale inquiries or issues.
Provide accurate product information, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
Process orders efficiently and accurately in our e-commerce system.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues or trends to the appropriate department for resolution.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using e-commerce platforms or CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
