What we expect from you:
Good English communication skills
Prior use of Athena or Eclinical Works (ECW) are required for this position
Helpful that you have worked in some aspect of the medical field such as nursing, pharmaceutical, medical encoding, scribe, transcription, etc.
Position Title: Online Nurse (Virtual Assistant)
Classification: Assistant
Salary Grade: 20000 - 25000 peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client, Customers, Providers
Date(s): September - October 2020
Background:
Performs administrative duties for doctors, screening calls, managing calendars, and helping to answer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Answers phone and directs the caller to the appropriate location.
Note phone number, name and message of caller where needed.
Provides callers with information such as clinic address, directions to the clinic location, clinic fax numbers, website and other related information.
Using Athena or Eclinical Works
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree holder of Medical, Nursing, Business, or Science required.
Required to have someone with experience using Athena or Eclinical Works (ECW)
Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite
Able to demonstrate Initiative
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as a nurse or in the medical field
Working Conditions:
The work schedule is US Shift
