Description:
We are looking for a new team member that will look after marketing and sales for us.
You would be looking after our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), blog posts and sales calls.
· For marketing, this means you will create the content, post it, monitor its performance, and improve our marketing strategies.
· For sales, this means you will contact our prospect via email, texts and phone calls and show them why they need to do our courses.

Our Mission is to empower people to design and construct healthy buildings that will not contribute to climate change so that the generations to come will live in healthy buildings and can enjoy the beauty of our planet.
Requirements:
The Must-have stills we are looking for:
· Excellent English is spoken and written form.
· Tech-savvy regarding the online world
· Years of experience in organic and paid online marketing
· Years of experience in copywriting and blogging
· Good experience in graphic design for social media posts
· Strong rapport skills
The nice to have skills we are looking for:
· SEO optimisation
· WordPress and web design experience
· Knowledge of google tools like analytics, ads ...
· Knowledge of social media marketing tools in Facebook, LinkedIn twitter
· Experience in Active Campaign
· Leadership qualities
Tools and other things requirements
· Good internet connection min: 12Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload
· PC or laptop with a big screen
· Headset and a good microphone
· Quite workplace at home to do calls and work effectively
· News version of Microsoft Office
· Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
