Online Marketers are NON-VOICE AGENTS responsible for providing excellent online sales, a great customer service experience, and assistance via chat/email. You will respond to chat or email inquiries, other customer service concerns and meet the expected KPI. Data processing tasks might be required and perform other tasks assigned by the management when necessary.
