JOB DESCRIPTION
Online Marketers are NON-VOICE AGENTS responsible for providing excellent online sales, a great customer service experience, and assistance via chat/email. You will respond to chat or email inquiries, and other customer service concerns and meet the expected KPI. Data processing tasks might be required and perform other tasks assigned by the management when necessary. A specific and thorough discussion of the job description will be discussed once interviewed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Internet savvy
Self-starter
With good experience in online marketing and its strategies
Good to above written English communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules
2 years of college or equivalent/High school graduates are encouraged to apply
