Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Degree Holder - Marketing, Business Administration, Multimedia, Advertising or any related course
The individual wishing to pursue a career as internet sales manager should have a passion for sales and should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
With at least 5 years related work experience
With strong social media or similar role background
Should have the passion for internet and must remain updated with various developments happening online

Perform online sales assistance and activities to achieve company sales objectives.
Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
