Established in 2006, ILLAI ENGLISH PH INC. is an ESL company that mainly uses online-distance learning to cater to non-native English speakers who wish to learn or enhance their English-speaking abilities. We are a growing company with an ever-increasing list of clientele and courses offered.
 
Available Position:
 
ONLINE HOME-BASED ESL TEACHER (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)
 
Work Schedule:
FULL TIME 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (including 1 hour dinner break)
PART-TIME 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM/ 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM/ 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
MONDAY - FRIDAY
Qualifications:
A graduate of any 4-year course (Courses which are majoring in English is an advantage:  AB English, Mass Communication, BSED)
Preferably with 1 year ESL teaching experience
Excellent / exceptional written and oral communication skills
Must be highly motivated with good working attitude
Knowledge in teaching methods and strategies
With pleasing personality and willing to be trained
Flexible and can work in an environment with diverse culture especially with Koreans
Willing to do multi – tasking.
Willing to work flexible hours

4 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
MUST have a quiet , well-lit home office conducive for conducting classes
Reliable and consistent power supply at home office with few interruptions
Free of distractions during work hours
