Compensation & Benefits:
You can earn P17,000 – P22,000 monthly (including class incentives)
Basic pay is secured even without lessons!
Allowances (On top of the Basic Pay)
Booking incentive bonus for each lesson
Quarterly special lesson bonus
Project-based bonus
Perfect attendance allowance
Work shift allowance
Else
Guaranteed 2 Days Off per week
13th month pay given every December
Government mandatory benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)
Service Incentive Leave upon Regularization
Health Insurance (HMO) upon Regularization

Teach English to Japanese students over the internet or at ECC School Cebu
Attend trainings and meetings
Keep records of lessons
Keep perfect attendance
Technical Requirements:
A desktop or laptop
Operating System: Windows 7 or above or Mac
CPU: Intel Core i3 6th gen and above / i5 to i7 4th gen and up / AMD A Series A8 7500 and above / AMD Ryzen
A headset with noise-cancelling features
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam
A wired DSL Internet connection of at least 5 Mbps for upload and download speed
