We are looking for a competent and flexible online ESL teacher to join our bright team here in Anos, Los Banos, Laguna. In this position, you will need to conduct lessons in a fun and engaging way and provide students with progress reports. You should be organized, computer literate, and able to communicate in a clear manner.
To be successful as an online ESL teacher, you should be patient and attentive to students' needs. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to encourage interaction among students to facilitate learning.
Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree (any course)
Proficiency in speaking the English language
A valid diploma or proof of graduation, NBI clearance, and a government-issued ID
Experience in teaching English to young learners or foreigners (ESL/EFL) is an advantage.
A teaching certificate like TESOL, TEFL, etc. or a professional teacher's license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Conducting fun and engaging activities and lessons.
Encouraging and engaging students to speak in English.
Motivating students and using humor to induce a pleasant learning environment.
Maximizing students' talk time.
Grade students' assessment.
Opening not less than 65 peak teaching slots (slots are 25 minutes each) per cut-off.
