The actual center is in Anos, Los Banos, Laguna. I selected Calamba city because it was the closest one here.
We are looking for graduates of any 4 year course (Bachelor's Degree) who would like to provide English lessons online to students with different backgrounds. You will be responsible for adopting a creative approach, and encouraging and motivating students to learn.
To be a successful, you should be able to create an environment that is conducive to learning. Ultimately, one will encourage students to interact with each other to improve their English-speaking skills.
Responsibilities:
Conducting fun and engaging activities and lessons.
Encouraging and engaging students to speak in English.
Motivating students and using humor to induce a pleasant learning environment.
Maximizing students' talk time.
Grade students' assessment.
Opening not less than 65 peak teaching slots (slots are 25 minutes each) per cut-off.
Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree (any course)
Proficiency in speaking the English language
A valid diploma or proof of graduation, NBI clearance, and a government-issued ID
Experience in teaching English to young learners or foreigners (ESL/EFL) is an advantage.
A teaching certificate like TESOL, TEFL, etc. or a professional teacher's license is preferred but not required.
