JOB TYPE: Temporary employment (Reliever)
Qualifications/ Requirements/Other Details:
1. Must be residing in Makati or nearby areas/cities
2. Graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing Management, E-commerce or equivalent
3. Must have an exposure in e-commerce platforms
4. With good communication skills
5. Knowledgeable in SEO/SEM is an advantage but not required
6. Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision, able to meet deadlines, and willing to work extended hours, if required.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurately reviewing, booking, processing, printing and following through on customers orders from start to finish including product returns
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure orders pick up/deliver on time
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Accountability for mistakes and errors, Customer service, Self-confidence, Communication and persuasion, Sales Management, Strategic Marketing
