Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide support for webstore, social media and other online channels by replying to
customer inquiries
Appropriately identify business leads and direct them to the proper channel managers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
Communicate with customer queries promptly and professionally
Stay abreast with online marketing trends & competitors
Knowledgeable in handling Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram & Google
My Business)
Can interpret and understand a brand tone guide and reflect it in customer interactions.
Handle customer complaints sent through online channels
Perform admin tasks to support team
Job Qualifications
To apply, you must:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree related to the position
- Preferably 1-2 years direct experience to the position
- Must have excellent communication skills (active listening, written, and oral
communication)
- Comfortable working in a digital workspace
- Genuinely likes interacting with customers
