Job Description
-Provide support for webstore, social media and other online channels by replying to customer inquiries -Appropriately identify business leads and direct them to the proper channel managers -Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions -Communicate with customer queries promptly and professionally -Stay abreast with online marketing trends & competitors -Knowledgeable in handling Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram & Google My Business) -Can interpret and understand a brand tone guide and reflect it in customer interactions.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree related to the position
Preferably 1-2 years direct experience to the position
Must have excellent communication skills (active listening, written, and oral communication)
Comfortable working in a digital workspace
Genuinely likes interacting with customers
