Provide support for webstore, social media and other online channels by replying to customer inquiries
Appropriately identify business leads and direct them to the proper channel managers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
Communicate with customer queries promptly and professionally
Stay abreast with online marketing trends & competitors
Knowledgeable in handling Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram & Google My Business)
Can interpret and understand a brand tone guide and reflect it in customer interactions.
